Feel immersed in the heartbeat of our city’s cultural life. Since 1969, our independent and volunteer-run Newcastle Art Gallery Society has connected people to the Gallery through enriching educational and artistic experiences.

By participating in social and educational fund-raising events, members contribute to the acquisition of works of art for the collection.

The Art Gallery Society publishes ARTEMIS, a magazine that connects members to the Gallery’s vibrant exhibition program and its renowned collection.
